there was a method to unlock this vodaphone lockud units.. i think it was posted sa howardforums ( forums sa cellphone modding and stuff ) might wanna check there

i monitor that forum as well, let me just say, goodluck trying but im telling you, wala gyud diri sa pinas maka unlock ug vodaphone as of today...waste ur time if u want...risk ur money getting the 10k phone if u like...

but just so you know, even i can ONLY unlock globe/smart/sun...and naa pa gyud limitations...
trust me...NO ONE IN THE PHILIPPINES CAN UNLOCK VODAPHONE 6630 TODAY.

edit. nag silod sila ug crack sa new ASIC type (DCT-5) para sa vodafone units i guess dito to vodafone unit akong na buy then sell sa lain.. it was around that price sad.

the phone can be locked/unlocked thru a series of codes inputted sa screen lang.. mora rakang ang dial ug phone number.. wala palay naka decrypt sa encryption gamit sa voda fone nga 6630 which is ASCI ( DCT-5 ) pero nig ka dugayan maka kita raka sa forums ana how to unlock using the code.. wala pay charge ^__^

not all units (models/versions/country lock) even older dct4 can be unlocked using codes from 3rd party calc as you ever so call it, found on other forums.

also inputting wrong codes can block the phone from unlocking after 3 or so wrong attempts. there are over half a dozen algo for calculations available, using the wrong one and you know na what happenes.

also you can't lock phones using codes. you need pc interface with the right interface system and right software for this...plus the correct procedure/techniq

if you want to have it unlock the safe way, let a pro do it.
