mao na gitawag na MAMASIN bai, and i dont think filipinos think lotto as "the only way to get rich", most of lotto buyers just wants to have the chance to atleast dream of winning the price..
even if the chances are infinity to 1, there is always that 1 value that it might hit, for 20 pesos dli kaayu na bug.at
why not take your chances for just 20 pesos? ma swertehan pa d ay..
what are the chances that the last 100M lotto winners are both cebuanos?

agree ko u have to get KILAT 5 times before you can win LOTTO thats for 6/55 but the chance of winning should be for small extra money but people get tempted for a chance in a lifetime. so they go high buying.
1. someone in cebu who won the 135m SOLO ! he was an ordinary salesman. bet siya P20 and he WON !
2. an office secretary WON P 80m and she did resigned.
