try pud ka sa imo local info settings nga normal ang lookup method..kung dli ghapon ka makakonek basin infected ka ug virus/script nga mg-change sa imoa nick ug something nga naay mga invalid characters. try re-installing mIRC bai or if kabalo tangtanga ang script nga nka-load sa imoa mIRC

and i think you should try checking you're router if port 113 is open.

Heres a step-by-step instruction on how to open mIRC port 113...
go to http://www.portforward.com/cports.htm and click on mIRC Auth-IdentD... after ana choose the brand and model of your router.
there you will see a comprehensive instruction.
