it's not the issue of taking for granted but the issue of insinuating nga dapat icompensate ug sakto bisan dili pwede.

Simple ra man na, if ikaw employer, would you rather hire 1 worker for 10 000 or hire 10 nurses with the same traing and etc for 1 000 each? Yeah, maybe it's unfair, but that's the sad reality. If these can't accept the facts then they should continue sleeping and enjoy dreamland that they should have 25k/month compensation.

Also, dili jud na mahurot ang nurses sa Pinas kay dili ra ang Pinas maoy training ground sa nurses. Let's take US as an example, will you hire a $35/hr Pinoy nurse when you can already hire 3 Indian nurses for $12/hr rate?

Supply and demand plays a great role in this. . . training ta daghan nurses..nindot tuod pero wala may daghan work na sa nurse diri. mao larga sa gawas nalang or resort to other jobs.. moa ni ang pinaka common karon.

nope, filipino nurses are way much better then indians.. not that we are biased but because it is proven. And US by standard as what I have heard will not resort on quantity over quality.

I've been working abroad already quite an ample of times,
most of the time the feedbacks that I could get,
is that filipino migrant workers are prefered because
of the quality of work that they could render, inclusive the filipina nurses.

It's a matter of life and death when someone goes to the hospital for
cure and it's quite logical to hire the most proficient individuals to do
    the job.

Why is the hiring of filipina nurses dwindle down?
it's because of the recent scandals being made because
of licensure exam rigging committed by some erring universities/institutions.

The filipina nurses before that fiasco was so in demand abroad,
that's why a lot of our fellow filipinas resorted in taking up nursing
as a means of having brighter future, and I think it's quite logical.

Then, i wish to ask, why is the cheating of board exams being
optioned by some universities?, it's because of the demand of
filipina nurses and the availability of those who wish to take up the course, am I right?
They wish to gain prestige and a name for their university to acquire more sudents,
and eventually would generate more income and more profits for them.

the law of supply and demand is very understandable.. i think most of us do have an idea what that is.. lisod au ang situation sa mga nurses na nangita ug work nowadays due to the fact that there are thousands of nursing graduates annually.. and you can count the hospitals standing here with your fingers and those hospitals cannot hire thousands of nurses every time.. and another thing that is really straining is the emergence of what you call "backers".. i'm not a perfect person (i know no one is).. that's why i get frustrated sometimes knowing that you work your a*s off going from one hospital to another submitting all those requirements needed for application, just to hear them say that they are not hiring any nurses at this point but then you will not give up because your family is counting on you pud. hence, you keep on praying that one of those hospitals would call you for an exam/interview but days passed but still no sign.. then you'll suddenly hear from someone that this certain person (whom you also know and dungan mu take sa board and dungan pud mu apply) is already undergoing training just because a friend of her mother's hold a position to that hospital.. admit it bsag gamay pa pissed off jud mu if naningkamot mu and ingani ang bayad sa inyo hago.. but i'm all over it na.. i always think optimistically from now on kay wa man jud koy mabuhat ana.. wait nlang jud ko na tawagan.. that's y ako ni i-share ang video para ma inspire pud ang uban na bsag dugay au mu mkasud sa hosp, di lang ghapon mawagtang ang inyong eagerness to take care of those persons who needs it..

ang ako lingaw karon kay ako lang gi exercise akong pgka nurse sa akong mom.. since she has lupus, i research all the topics that is related to it and telling her the new things i've found out..myna lang di mag cobwebs akong utok.. hehe.. that's why i ended up watching this video.. hehe..

and sa akong pag up, i do apologize for that.. yup, na confuse lang..

US? Maybe. But hospitals in the US do. Yes it "was" proven before. But karon, muta'g lisud na.

@Tirong-say, yes the feedback is good but sa imong gisulti, let's see what the next feedback be.

Also, indian nurses are getting better and better. And guess where most of their instructors studied? Yes in the Philippines. Aside from that, daghan na sad kaayong mga hired Pinoy nurses nga pag-abot sa US ended up LPNs kay maglisud ug pasar sa RN exam.
