islands hotel is owned by the islands group who make the tshirts, islands banca cruises etc. i'm sure you can surf their contact numbers up.

i'd go with this hotel coz its reasonably priced, good location (its walking distance to marina mall for sunburst, chowking, grocery etc) plus its new, so i would expect everything to be clean and in good working condition.
