Hey, anyone can make a CGI animation with Europe or America as the setting in the story, and still have the production done in a studio in Asia.

I'm curious as to who made the animation and where it was produced.

well, considering the labour here in the Philippines is hella cheap, you shouldn't be wondering who and where.

besides, there's also Pinoy Pride factor to consider.

There are animation studios around Southeast Asia. Cheap labor is one thing but having skilled animators and high quality work is another.

It's up to the studio to reveal where and who exactly animated the film.
