It looks like Aboitizland is still making money.. I'm not sure how they are managing the customer service dept now..

Bro, I would just like to know if there was a letter of intent? was it specified in some documents regarding pre-selling price, if there was indeed some form of document you can raise the issue, if not it will just be a futile exercise. Please ask your friend if there was a draft of the contract to sell. I'm sure when he made the intial payment a pre contract agreement was made.
Yeah for sure its all in there.. the letter of intent is basically a template that they used for all customers the only diffirence is the value of the land the equivalent area but you know I haven't had a chance to review on the specifications in the document... but the thing is there was a typo err on Aboitizland part to describe the lot area on the original contract but you know sh8t happens we cannot avoid that just that the person is suppose to be the customer service manager did not handle the problem in the ethical and "proper" way to provide the service that the customer deserves.
