Default Suggestion on how to pay RPs DEBT [P3.82 trillion]

create more laws that entice foreign investors.

for example, in real estate, foreigners aren't allowed to purchase real estate in their name. congress could pass a law that allows this with conditions that they pay higher taxes than the locals.

Sad to say that Fillipinos are only dreaming for the brighter future. In reality, every Filipinos dream are impossible to come true for a better country. Just my opinion, Filipinos are fighting hard for survival for daily lives to keep up 3 meals a day (for the poor). (Average Filipinos) are trying hard to compete to get into the next level(Rich Filipinos). Rich Filipinos are trying hard to get a status of Hollywood's Rich and famous celebrities life style. With the exception of those who are honest and work hard to earn a living, which there are only few of these people around. The rest are doing the best they can by all means not to mention corruption, smuggling, lying, stealing and any means to keep up their status and reach the next level.

The question is, How these people can afford to bring food for the family's table and feed them out of dirty money?

And to the poor and average Filipinos, during payday they stop by for a San Miguel BEER, Smart Load and GLOBE for their CELL phone, trycle and taxi drivers play "Tong Its" before going home instead of buying food for their family. If somethings happened like in the middle of the week run out of FOOD, jeepney fare and anything the family needs it started to borrow money or get a loan in order to meet the needs. MOst people are blaming the government for teh crisis. I would say Philippines is not poor, it's just lack of Goverment resouces to educate the people and the corruption need to be eliminated. Please, make a correction if I made a mistake in my opinion.
