i dont think they've really implemented for not using wang-wang for private vehicles and to the government officials...coz i've seen and heard 2 private vehicles who still use it but not as frequent as before..a black montero sport from the north and a chevrolet suburban...

there should be no exceptions! just because we are commoners does not mean we will give way to those with money and powers. they are exempted because they have important business everyday? kami rin naman no! hehehe
