If that's the case, just take the time first to get a experience and build your career. Then when the time comes, you can take your thesis and finish your studies.
But here are some things to consider, some companies base your salary increase or promotion on your credentials. That means your educational attainment, achievements, etc...This is especially true on professional levels or multinational companies. So, there's a chance that your missing out on a promotion or some serious cash since you didn't finish your studies. But then again, there are also some companies who don't put too much emphasis on educational attainment but more on work performance, especially in sales.
Personally, for me, I'd suggest you finish your studies. So, that you can clear your head of that issue and you can really focus on your career.
