^^ try to follow the settings on your xmp 1334 brad which is 7-7-7-23-31..the rest ok na imo settings you are running at its peak of your ram..

regarding your question if running 1t is fine?basically the difference between command rate 1t and 2t relies actually on your ram but i guess with ddr3's theres no problem with it..and default sa imong xmp 1334 brad also known as 1333 ram settings is 2t..but if you will be using 1t daw the memory will be running both unlike sa 2t nga kung mahurot na ang imong ram (using applications, games and stuff) the other will take charge..so in short 1t is better than 2t..this is preferred if you want to run you mems at its peak..

lastly if you decided to use the 1t instead of 2t make sure to run programs like memtest, prime 95 and stuffs para sure ka na you wont encounter any instabilities using the 1t..pero if you will just in case..you can still revert back to the 2t anytime you want..hope this helps brad..

^^ but it will be better if you follow the timing tables listed there right?kay that is what g skill wanted you to with the help of cpuz that is displaying what are the right timing tables you want to use..anyways its your choice brad and you're free to do so..advice raning ako..and with the xmp thing ayawg liboga imong kaugalingon bro kay our memory (i know you have trident also just like mine) was made specifically for intel that is why it has the xmp feature but we are using it on our amd system because we think compatible rapod ni cya just like what some other forums said na they have tried using tridents on amd systems..
