    Use midfoot running!
    Use shoes na mu fit sa shape sa imo foot type and foot strike.

    Do not overdo your training para likay sa injury.
    Build your pacing speed and mileage gradually.

    Consistent training makes you a pro-runner..
    Run your own race, if gihangak paspas ra kau ka, paghinay2.
    Remember na running/jogging should be an enjoyable/pleasurable experience,
    kung kahimatayon naka aw dili nana maayo, sooner or later you'll hate this sport.

    sa akong na experience TS.

    kai kong mag una ang heels TS, grabi siya og hatag og impact sa bokog sa legs, mosakit gani kong akong hikapon o masahi-on ang akong legs. inig homan na ko og jog.

    kai kong toes gani akong gamiton, dogay ko kapoyon.

    kai kong gusto ka og lisod, heels ang unaha, pero koyaw sad kaayo sa injury ayaw lang palabi-e

    another tip. to burn more calories, use High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT.

    Jog for 5 minutes as your warm up
    then (run as fast as you can for 1 minute then jog for 2 minutes) repeat 4 times the enclosed if you are a beginner and progress higher as you gained experience.
    Jog for 5 minutes as your cool down.

    this is proven under a medical study, has tried it myself and it is very effective. Your cardio period is shortened and i like it 'coz I'm a lazy person to exercise. Don't under estimate though kay maghal-hal ka, gawas gyud imo dila ani pero on the good side, human dayon ka, heheheh! In less than 30 minutes, you're done.

    sa ako lang part mag depende ra nako, but I don't usually use mid foot, kung magsakit akong shin ug sugod I use my heel to support my shin pero kung ang bagtak nasad nako magsugod ug sakit I use my toe nasad.

    naa sad diay secret ang jogging.. abi naku basta mag jog lang pwde na.. hmmmmm

    salamat ani nga info..taud2x najud ko sige ug dagan..mao jud ni akong ma.experience injuries...but thanks i will try these new techniques ug asa jud ang mo fit sa ako..
