pila iyong budget? am selling crown regency for 2500 (no breakfast but 4 pax can squeeze in without additional fee) walking distance to the landmarkmall whre naa shuttle paingon enchanted kingdom (not sure kung naapa hantod karoon). its also near most of the malls in makati and walking distance to mrt.. about about 150 - 200 taxi to sm mall of asia and star city..
Just PM me if you are interested...If you purchase, I can also help you around manila coz it will be hard to find taxi during rush hrs..

layo ra man ang enchated kingdom uy sa laguna mana xa. pero star city duol ra og manila ocean park kung sa roxas blvd ka dapit. naka stay na ko sa malate pensionne hinlo sya. duna sila dorm type na room duna sab cla fan lang og erkon room. accessible jud kau xa. mabaktas ra gani ang MOP kung maglingaw2 kag lakaw lang. ang rate sa malate kung dorm type ky 250 per ulo man ata tu, taz ang fan room nila is 750, walay toilet sa sulod taz sunod na rom erkon with toilet ky 950 man ata tu. duna sab silay mas mahal pa anah mga libo kapin. pero nice jud ang area. ang front nya is starbucks.duol ra sab au sa robinsons.
