as for clubs,
*IPC guys are friendly sir and most are helpful, am sure they are more than willing to help. Infact Liz hails from Murcia.
*CDP (Cebu Digital Photographers) do have members who hailed from Bacolod. "paulpogi" of Istorya and from CDP is from Bacolod and a good landscape photographer.
*at Images, we do have members who also hails from Bacolod
*Focal 7 is a newly formed group and quite active. Mostly comprised of FPPF Cebu Workshop alumni. They will have an activity this weekend

CDP/Images will be at SM this Sunday (July 18th) for the PWD Workshop starting at 9am you might want to observe and maybe recognize some people you might know.

You might consider enlisting on Scott Kelby's Photowalk for a start.

there are 3 photowalk routes here in cebu but im afraid they might be full already

still you can join them and tag along taking the walk but not the contest. I think you're more than welcome to join in the group. just for the pure spirit of photography sans competition.

me I signed up for the Lapulapu route because it still has, at that time, some open slots.
now I just checked and its all taken
