It happens in our country a lot and it is very common. That's what the mentality of filipinos. Filipino hates the most stronger person thats why most of us prefers the weakest leader. Hirap Estrada is the example of such.

its not really about a weak leader

its those around him/her is also important.

this applies to business, govermenet, school, organizations....

but if you are thinking of a war then a weak leader is definitely out of the question.............

Thanks for the clarification. There are a lot of things a person can think of something weak in a leader.

And no, I will not allow myself to be handled by a leader with little or no leadership skills.

Ok lang, its just a matter of swallong your pride ......... leadership is also about humble service and selflessness so that the group can reach that certain goal, it is not just about individual recognition and reward ....... if you think you are better than your leader.....then you must be humblier and more selfless than your leader ...... That's what's wrong with Filipinos, we can't get all our acts together because everyone of us thinks we are better on top than the other, we don't want to be just on the supporting role ........ If you think your leader is a drag, then Im sure there must be a work around without sacrificing the goal of the group without resurting to pointing fingers, blaming your leader or by not working hard as a protest.

if you are not the leader, it doesn't mean you are inferior...specially in the workplace... managers are not necessarily good leaders, they become managers out of being SIPSIP or seniority advantage!

So typical. Everyone always has excuses of why they don't have this. Why they can't have that. Why they don't have a million dollars. Any company in the business of making money promotes the best and the brightest. A school project leader can easily be replaced. A leader one day can become a subordinate the next if one is willing to step up and take his or her place. Change doesn't happen over night. Change doesn't happen by feeling sorry for what you don't have. Self pity is not an excuse.

You may be right, but take it as a challenge......someday you will also become a leader.....and this scenario will mold you to become someone better.........and if you were a good follower to someone bad....then your future subordinates will be a better follower to you too since mas kamao naman ka mo dala, unlike the previous ones......balos balos lang ba....pero kung magsige ra ka ug reklamo....tingali ug ikaw pa nuon ang mahimong dautan.....ug kung mahimo kana unyang leader, basin ang imong mga subordinates mas grabe pa unya mo reklamo....again balos balos lang jud ang panahon......

If a person is promoted to a managerial og supervisory position because of being sip2x, then i guess ikaw nga wala na promote is inferior in that aspect.
