the intentions of hiring is always good but the process kay mura di ma-o.

based sa ako experienced, tinuod gyud gitawagan ko paadtuon. pero during sa preliminary conversations sa pagtawag, nii-ngon nako nga IT Support o sa Network/Systems ako gi-aplayan ug nitubag ang nanawag nga babaye nga same process ra kuno if ang aplayan kay agent.

so adtu sab tawun ko. pag-abot nako didto .. fill-up ko sa form sa convergys ug hulat. gitawag dayun ko pasudlon sa room arun mo-take sa online exam.

ka-ubo ko oi kay typing skills with speed ang una exam, ug natural gamay tawun ako score. though tinuod nga daghan IT Support o Network/Systems-staff nga paspas gyud mo-type pero mura di man ma-o ang pamaagi. maayu gani kay nangutna gyud ko sa nag-conduct sa test ug sulti na sab nga as initial gyud daw, ma-o ila ipabuhat sa applicant pag-take sa online exam nga typing speed.
