eat healthy (fruits, more veggies, less pork meat, etc.), have atleast 8 hours of sleep everyday, exercise regularly (atleast 3-4x a week, if makaya kay everyday maski 30 minutes lang), drink alot of water, then pagtake ug vitamins, have a happy aura, learn to manage stress so it will not control you (hehe!)... In short, live a healthy life so you will look young maski magka-edad na ka.
