    light n high rep. dli pa nako kaya ang 40 na push up 5 cguro pwede. tambok man gud ko. naka basa ko sa forum nila pwede ra pud magHIIT with weights. para sa cardio. wala kaayo ka sabot sa LIT.

    pwede kaha ang HIIT for warm up nako para sa weights?

    after na jud di ang HIIT. dli pwede for warm up. so during cardio days. abs first then HIIT.
    @clark have u tried P90x ab ripper?

    Try HIIT with a barbell = barbell complex

    Barbell complex = different barbell exercises done in succession to make a set

    example:

    1 deadlift + 1 row + clean +front squat + military press = 1 set

    repeat as many times as possible, grabeh feels like mubunkag ang lungs.

    can be done everyday no worries of overtraining kay gaan ra ang gamiton na weights full body exercise pa
