    try to adapt from ur current sched..

    bsta pamawi lng gyug tulog bai. ako gane kung dukaon ngyd ko, kanang dli na madala...muadto kos cr pra matulog kadyot. nyahaha. nya mu atikČ dyon nga nagbreak kunohay pra kaon

    ang mportante maka slep ka sa day para bawe..gud nutrition vtamins ka stresstab will do or any vitamins nga pang anti stress..in b faithfull to ur gf or wife..kay maka stress sadnang na kay binuang..in para likay sa sakit.

    i've been doing night shifts every other week since 1995 and learned my lesson well. self discipline rana, time management and proper diet. with regards to sleep, always have time for it at least 5 hrs, if kaya nimu 8 hrs the better will it be good for you, pwede pud installment basta at least 5hours jud.

    ralphmikhail interested kaayo ko. Naa man gud probability na manightshift ko if ever I resign and apply to this new company. Naay nightshift man gud ako prospect na company. Thanks daan bro!

    haha buguya! daghana na effects nang gawas sa imu bai uy.. sa imu situation na dili ka katulog tarung tungod imu baby. Mas maayo ngita ka dayshift na job.

    Wow! mas lisod ni kay weekly ang change shift nmo bro, dili kasakto ug adjust ang lawas. Wala pa longterm effects sa imu bro?
