i thought ga recession ang america mao nga one of the best alternative nila in doing business is to outsource. if the bill will be approved, the phils. will still continue to live ui. there will still be opportunities that will replace it. Ilaha na nang decision sa america sila ra bitaw ghapon mag antos sa kamahal sa services. There must be an emotional issue behind the senator's intent why he passed such bill not looking into the economic effect on it to their country.. tanawn natog d ba ni sila mureklamo sa pagshoot up sa ilang service fees.lols

More often than not mag away ra ang customer ug and service agent over the phone unya dili ma resolve ang concerns sa customer kay tag-as man pud ug ihi ang mga homeland based agents.
bottom line the customer will return the product or will cease to patronize the product because of poor after sales services or poor customer care services. So kinsa ma alkanse?
This senator is not thinking. hehe
