IMC is not a structured/organized club, that's why they call it an Open Climb Organization. While
we recognize and respect the " Masters ", anybody can form and organize any group for a particular
trip, hoping interested Istoryan's or anybody (non-istoryans) will join and come along and have fun.
Istoryan trekkers are mature, responsible, and educated enough that each expectations are not
compromised. So, any istoryans out there who have good ideas in mountain trekking, where, when,
feel free to post it here, you will be surprise the tons of responses.

Maybe in the forseable future, for those diehard Istoryans who love mountain trekking who do not
belong to any mountain trekking organization or club, maybe it is not a bad idea to formally form
and organize IMC, with its mission and vision and its committment to its members, and to the
community as well. There are a few mountain trekkers club here in Cebu that seems to be exclusive,
that don't really welcome outsiders in their activity. One thing I like with the IMC, is that everybody
is welcome, it is open, its just a matter of knowing everybody on each trip, and the next trip, and
through the grapevine, and before you know it ? you've got friends and buddies !

well said... i suggest if we are to go for this, maybe organize minor climbs first... then if medyo kaila na then go for the majors... after all mountains will always be there..IMO... im up for this..
