As far as I know, no salon here in Cebu can guarantee that they can make your hair have big wavy curls that could last for more than a day. I have very long hair and I was advised by a David's Salon stylist that if I wanna have big wavy curls, I should have my hair curled into small curls then eventually, thru time, they'll become big and wavy. He said to maintain big wavy curls, I need the right supplies and I need to be a creature of habit. But my hair has thick strands so it'll really need patience and a lot of hair product to make the curls last for a day if I choose to have big curls without going thru small permanent curls first.
