hello guys just wanna share lang ani na tread. dili mo matter if pila ka hours mag gym as long as makaya sa imong lawas. 50mins to 1 hour training is just for professional body builder ky they take medicine na mo last ug pila ka minutes ang effect.but for women na ganahan mo lost ug timbang no limit as long as makaya sa lawas and need ug diet pra naa epekto imo work out.for me dili man kinahanlan ug gym ang mga women.all you need is to 30mins jogging ang 100 to 200 rips abs work out and proper diet and its work. mao nay akong advice sa akong mga client.
