    to answer the TS question:

    1. ok ra siguro nang 2 hours teh basta maayo lang pagka divide imong exercises.. basin ga sige rasad kag bench press para mudako imong breast... that's not advisable to do gyud for 2 hours basin mahimo nang bato imong mga twins.... ahhhhhyyyy!!!! kadaku savitin!!!

    2. pwede ra maligo dayun. i tried this many times and i smell better every time. unsaon nalang akong bf og manimahu kong hipon, ya know.. hik hik!

    3. kaon jud day as in! magluya jud ka kung di ka mukaon. pangutan a si fafi ravelcop unsay saktong food intake before and after kay machu kaayo na siya, as in!

    4. multivitamins is good enough for newbie like you. ayaw sag inom anang no-explode, hydroxycut, superpump, etc. kay basin mudako nya na imong arms mura kag bodybuilder... aaaahhhhhyyyyy!!!!

    fix lang jud imong diet. ay sigeg kaon og parat, sweets, cake, chocolate, ice cream, lechon, etc. if you have a problem with what to eat right, ask fafi ravelcop kay graveh na siya ka sweto about nutrition.

    hello guys just wanna share lang ani na tread. dili mo matter if pila ka hours mag gym as long as makaya sa imong lawas. 50mins to 1 hour training is just for professional body builder ky they take medicine na mo last ug pila ka minutes ang effect.but for women na ganahan mo lost ug timbang no limit as long as makaya sa lawas and need ug diet pra naa epekto imo work out.for me dili man kinahanlan ug gym ang mga women.all you need is to 30mins jogging ang 100 to 200 rips abs work out and proper diet and its work. mao nay akong advice sa akong mga client.
