planning to build your own house or a business should come with your own risk. so it's a bad idea specially sa atong panahon karon nga permi crisis nga mo-collateral sa dili ato nga butang. you can loan a money sa pag-ibig or sss ay, atleast makabalo ka sa kahago sa imong capital.

persistence will pay off.... sigiha lang pasabot imo parents sa advantages in renting out your old place. i have known several families who sold their old house in the conducive business district to buy a place more suitable for your old folks. makasabot ra na sla sa imong point ultimately the place that they are holding up to is for your benefit in the future.

at last. one person agreeing to my point of view.
actly we thot of the same thing. thats really wats on my mind bro but unfortunatly my parents did not go well or in other words are not in favor w/ my plans/vision.
my problm is on how to convince them.
i did shared to them bout my plans, weighed the advantages over disadvantages, tried to explain to
them why its better to transfer residence.
but theyre hesitant. maybe bcoz they treasure the place more and bcoz of that theyre blinded, not to see the advantages of leasing our proprty and relocating our residence.
