PASG denies Quezon raid

THE PRESIDENTIAL ANTI-SMUGGLING Group (PASG) Monday denied reports it had intercepted a shipment of illegal drugs and stumbled upon a drug-manufacturing base in Quezon, and that it found that the province’s governor, Rafael Nantes, treasurer of the Liberal Party, was involved in the illegal activities.
PASG officer in charge Danilo Mangila said his office never issued a statement or gave an interview about such operations
as reported in two dailies.
Mangila said the PASG did conduct an operation on an island in Quezon last week that targeted “imported contraband,” but the operation did not produce results.
Mangila said it was impossible for the PASG to be involved in the reported illegal activities because his office was tasked to go after smugglers, not drug traffickers.
“We are being used,” Mangila told reporters in Malacañang.
He said the timing of the reports was suspicious because they came out Monday, election day, and suggested wrongdoing by a leading political party.
PASG chief of staff Jeffrey Patawaran said the group would ask the reporters concerned to name their sources and it would file a libel case against them. Christine O. Avendaño

Clearly another black propaganda gi habol (but wala ka apas =D ).
I would suggest everyone should screen their news more carefully before posting.
Let's be responsible and learn from what has happened that one black propaganda was thrown after another.
This thread should be closed.
The people has spoken.
Go Philippines 2010-2016.
blame it on Manila Bulletin and Philippine Star. the moment nigawas ni wa gyud mo katingog. kamo ra victim of propaganda?
First of all, I am not blaming anyone nor claiming that only one camp keeps on getting black propaganda.
Second, I see a lot of heat in your posts not only in this article regardless the person/topic.
Third, reality check, humana campaigning period. You can't change what the "NATION" has decided.
Fourth. Get over 1, 2 and especially 3.
Mods, hoping you would close these kinds of threads and take necessary actions on those istoryans that are too much out of line.
Go Philippines 2010-2016!
