I suggest stretching your budget up to 35K. You'll get a decent mid-entry lappy for that price range. Brands like MSI, Acer, and Asus have lappies with a core i3-350M proc and a ATI-M HD 5470 at 1GB ddr3. RAM is around 2gb and HDD space may vary. price is at 35,999 or 34,999. Its w/o an OS yet

get a lappy with onboard ati 4200, wow and hon runs fine and other online games.
