i think underground yang printing press; kasi normally dapat surveyed ng electric company kung ano ang load nang isang business tapos they will recommend the business to buy/rent a transformer.

we all agree na report na sa electric company kay wala jud kay mabuhat ana. whole neigborhood ninyo ang maangol.
