tampons for swimming. i've tried using it twice only and it's good. dli ka maka feel ug ong-ong if sakto lng pagkabutang. usahay malimot gani ka na naa diay nimo kay mura ra jud ug wala. i use tampax pearl given by a friend from canada.

so far sanitary pads pa man ako nasuwayan og gamit. hehe. maka affect ba na sa hymen ang tampons? sorry wala jud ku kibaw ai.. hehe

hehe, i advise sanitary pad lang una para sa mga dalagang ulay para worry-free

naa sis... its called TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) pero very very rare lang daw ni.... and para ma prevent na kay use tampons correctly... only when you have your period, and change tampons every 4-6 hours.

yup, uso jud..my work is dealing w/ teenagers man, dili jud pads ang gipandala, tampons jud...wala pasad ko ka try, most of my friends prefer it over pads kay aside sa advantage na when you're wearing it, it feels as if u don't have your period daw, dili pa jud makagawas ang smell sa blood, so katong sensitive kaau ug sense of smell, it works perfect for them...

Sanitary pads (kotex & Modess coz Whisper gives me rashes) if ordinary day or naa sa house. But I wear tampons if naka uniform ug puti or sa beach.
