Bro para nako, though I am not an expert - LED, and wait until marelease na diri sa Phils. ang LED 3D if sakto ka sa budget. So far ang Samsung pa ang nag release anah sa US, Sony will release their own version ig Summer sa States.

Check this out, I think this best shows a comparison between the two.

    LED vs LCD

The difference between the two is the Technology of the light used.

LED is used on LED TV (Light Emitting Diode.. i.e. HDD Light or Power light sa imung computer case)
SMD LED (Surface Mounted Device - Light Emitting Diode must've been used)
    Looks like this:

LCD TV, nag gamit og CCFL. (Cold Cathode Flourescent Lamp)
    Looks like this:

CCFL requires an Inverter to produce an AC or alternating current which should be supplied.
When you plug the Monitor/TV sa outlet, it will convert AC-DC padung sa monitor.
IF CCFL ang gigamit, mahimong, AC-DC-AC conversion.
CCFL, AFAIK, mas dali ma-guba.. mura ra'g Flourescent lamp.

    LED needs DC only.
LED is one of the most efficient optoelectronic device.

Bitaw mga bro, the other day, we went to to this newly opened Electronic store near my place, then dat's how got interested of this LED TV kay it happens man gud nga ang promodiser is Pinay sad.
She told us the main difference of a LED TV from an LCD is the picture quality due to it's dynamic contrast ratio an LCD TV's contrast ratio has 200K at it's most while LED is having 2M.

Kaso, I believe every product has it's own flaws, dat's wat I wanted to know before buying it, kay usahay maski naay sablay ang item pero worth your money man gehapon.

    Kumbaga product review sa bah.

Samsung & LG are the one's having LED TV' s introduced in the current market, so far wala pa ga release ang SONY and the rest.

Mga 15K Php more or less ang cost difference if you buy an LCD unit for the same size.
