As for your proposed website , it depends on you if you want to support Paypal / Credit Card, if you do not have a Credit Card Processing gateway (Merchant), you can use Paypal instead , paypal will have an option for you to pay through credit card(for your clients), I would prefer it this way, it is more secure and their pricing is better than other credit card merchants
