    ni mention nlng man jud kag Calltek bro. hehe diha na apply... hehe! ! ! personally i dont find any problem sa call center na job. if stress storyahan tanan mn trbaho stressful man jud. if imong youthful look na gikasuyaan sa una ma wa man jud na... if ur stress, maniguwang jud kag nawong. wat i do is i find myself a breather para dli ma stress.... and i think to myself im lucky naa ko work to pay my bills. kuyaw noh? hahaha i actually bought myself house and lot. gamay ra gud pero proud nako ato oi. hehehehehehehehe !!!!!!!

    it is on the employee himself/herself nakasalalay ang tanan on how far will he/she get sa iyang trabaho.
    kung mag tinapol, aw dont blame the position then reklamo sweldo.. mangutana ta sa atong self una kung angayan ba ta ma promote not because of tenure lng but with the skills we possess as well.

    in a call center, yes it is stressful, brain busting, hell of a job but you are given enough benefits and paid enough for the responsibilities given to you. and talking about promotions in call center, play your cards well and you can be promoted even if you are still not regularized (depending on company policy). perform on your job well and you will be well rewarded by the company. ana lng..

    walay manager nga mag hinakog ug promote kung deserving ang employee e promote.

    ... been here for over 5 years na... pero... now' looking into the future, murag nahan ko mangita ug lain. Not BPO as much as possible. If CC ra gihapon, diri nalang ko Sykes. Hopefully, makakita ko ug dili CC, na mejo ok ra sweldo... nice jud ang matulog sa gabii man oi, nasuya ko sa akong uban friends, na wala na nag CC... but still happy kay nice pa man japn ilang sweldo... hehehe

    i think try ka mag-acctg staff sa call center before ka mag-agent para mkakita ka sa kinabuhi as a call center agent.

    though high paying job sila, naa pd side effect(s).

    TS, the interviews are really pretty simple sa mga call centers. Just work on your English communication skills, and of course attitude towards work. you also have to take into consideration that your schedule won't be the same. Usually during training changes in your schedule will be drastic. One or two weeks naa ka sa buntag, pag next night shift naka. then pag first time mo mag take ug calls k e change na pod ang sked ana. So you have to be pretty flexible and deal with different people from all walks of life. working in a cc doesnt only require flexibility sa schedule changes, but your people skills as well. so work on that.

    dghan benefits working in a call center, especially monetary benefits. hehe. pero some people would say na d jud worth it ang sweldo daw... aw depende ra sa tao ana. suwayi lang gud. and good luck!
