yeah there are several, you guys should check out the independent filipino films, very nice gyud...

films from Lav Diaz, Khavn Dela Cruz, Kristena Dalen etc...

Damn, I really liked CAMILING. it was such a simple story pero nindot...

I'm eager to watch Khavn's "The Family that eats soil"

I didn't survive the 10 hour film EBOLUSYON though.

One of them that I remember is "Lilian Velez Story", leading actress is Sharon Cuneta... and the leading actors are Cesar Montano and Joel Torre. Wow! you need a box of tissue if you want to see this movie!
