I assume that you are not yet familiar with the basics of fixing a computer system, labi na gyud kay wala ka kabalo unsa mang mobo.

Unsa man ang gitangtang nimo fan ra? Or apil ang heatsink? Maybe you attempted to clean the cpu heatsink fan but you did not put a new coat of thermal paste/compound mao na nga mag overheat imong processor then mo-automatic shut off.

Are there any beeps? If yes, then how many beeps? What is the pattern of the beeps?

Daghan possibility ana ngano di na mo-turn on imo pc.
Posible sad nga nasabod sa imo kamot ang memory modules kinahanglan i-reseat ug tarong sa slot.

But above all, it's best that you bring that pc to a technician, basin mograbe hinoon ang guba ana kung ikaw-ikaw ra mo-diagnose diha.

he said he cleaned the "CPU" fan. from what i understand, in the Philippines, "CPU" means the "case" or "box". I don't even think he knows how to remove the Processor/Central Processing Unit (CPU) heatsink/fan when he doesn't even know what a "mobo" is. He might have accidentally dislodge or short-circuited something.

Smart advise: bring it to a competent computer repair shop.

oops sory..i ment the mobo fan.. i know a little stuff when troubleshooting my pc..but this one is knida out of my league.. it doesnt beep meaning ram is unlikely the problem..though there is a wire i dont know where it is connected..it is part of the HDD and DVd power wire thingy.. also nothing really happens when i turn it on i mean nothing jud.. so ive decded to buy a new na lng..and sell the rams and video card..though was gonna ask you guys if ok ra kha akong rams ug vcard...??..tnx..

you cant tell directly that if it doesnt beep, RAM is the problem....

Try to check your PSU also... as what they told you before, bring it to a COMPETENT COMPUTER SHOP.

For me, its ok for me to check it up. but i have time only on weekends.... + it might be difficult to check the real prob if we cant verify the other peripherals on other PC. Lucky if we your Peripherals are compatible on mine.

nothing happens? the CASE/CPU fans aren't turning? no beeps? the PSU fan isn't turning?
then the PSU itself is the problem. the PSU isn't supplying power to the M/B.
you need to check all the wirings. but how do you know which one is which? you haven't even built your own machine.

are you too cheap to bring it to a technician? but then you're buying a new PC so money couldn't be
    the issue right?
