i have burned around 50 DL DVD from cdr-king with only 2 failures. i always burn at the maximum rated speed of the disc. and my rules in burning is:
1. do not put too much data so that you will still have room for end of track data. that means i only burn 7.5GB of data on a 8.2GB DL DVD
2. i leave 2 minutes interval between burn so that my DVD lens will have time to cool down a bit
