Thanks for all the replies i got. Pero i guess this one is the best indicator of determining a real Honda Civic SiR. Sir, ang gi mean nimo nga MAP light kay kanang may dapit sa rear mirror? Kanang taas gamay sa rear mirror? Mao na sya? Kay i guess ang MAP light ra cguro ang dili jud ma copy. With regards to engine, grills, and etc. masunod man cguro pero i dont think ma dali2 nag sunod ang MAP light. IMHO

For me sayun rani tanan kupyahon mao nang naay gipang convert into SiR look but mostly, if not all sa mga naka SiR look, failed to install a Map Light sa sulod for it to really look like a real SiR.

    5. SOHC engine, if with swapped engine engine code on is usually B16a****
    6. non leather wrapped Steering wheel and shift knob
    7. Drum brakes

    Correction.

    - Vti or Vtec it has already maplight mostly from 99-00 model
    - its has already original central look with keyless central. ( main door control system)

Best things to know if this..

    - interior system
    - Big Front disc brake
    - rear disc brake
    - when engine starts - - Local SOHC its has only reduction starts while the DOHC its has non-reduction starts...
    - window trims moldings
    - even the heights is different from DOHC.

Nows a days you cant event tell whether it is original SIR or converted to SIR. Why?

    - Some (orig)SIR Cars are replacing JDM engines especially bigger ones coz they are reliable and faster than PH engines
    - Some (orig)SIR Cars are replcing JDM blocks
    - Some SIR body (lxi or vti) are replacing, full SIR disc brakes even some (orig)SIR cars are replacing full JDM disc brakes for type-r and aftermarket parts like spoon calipers etc....
    - Some SIR Body(lxi or vti) are replacing black window trims moldings
    - Some SIR body(lxi or vti) is replacing full JDM interior or even SIR interior.
    - Some (orig)SIR cars are replacing JDM interior looks.

So toyok2x lang ni replacement sa Honda. There's only one thing to is to become JDM looks.

But the mostly important things to know is what's in the hood

actually daghan kaayo baligya Maplight sa manila... just let me know or visit clubhondacebu.tk I.
I can tell you where to buy. Some local civics are replacing JDM dual switch maplight coz there's are better than local maplight, you can indicate which one to on or off.

Some LXi cars CHC members you cant even tell it is Lxi coz everything is being replaces. looks like SIR only but the hood is still the same Lxi
