delikado gani kaau tong single rail na 56 or 67 amperes sa 12 volts sa katong silverstone na psu 700watts. mas ni prefer pa ko sa katong 25amps quadrail. total of 100 pa.

^ explain daw bro unsa naka delikado sa 60 amps na single rail over multiple rails because i think somewhere along your idea, you are misinformed.![]()
as what they say.. "voltages won't kill you, it's the amperes"..
my EP45-UD3L board is Version 1
but naa sila version 1.1 that complies to EuP Standards a year after sa version 1...
wait lang mu nga mag release sad ug EuP certified products.....

bro, this is my mobo... affordable ra kaau ni.. tag 2100 petot..

@poldopunk i hope im not missinformed pero basing on my knowledge ra master.
imagine all your 12v+ comes from a single rail then a part of your computer that eats 12volts shorts due to hardware problems or accidents.
what would happen to all the hardware that takes this voltage if one part of the rail is shorted?
its in parallel so everything goes down if ever the safe feature of the psu doesnt act that fast, then its fried.
since i was a child i was really interested in electronics thats why i know this stuffs and im currently enrolled in this course, i played with batteries(not eating them =)) since i was in kinder because i have some electronic toys and my father has all the tools to play with its insides.
try shorting a 3volts battery with 6amps and try shorting a 3volts battery with 3amps... obviously masunog ug pas2x ang sa 6amps due to bigger ang POWER, P=IV so the bigger the current or the voltage its dangerous pero naa silay point na dangerous na to humans pero kaning gagmay na voltages ug amperes ginagmay pa ni ug power di pa kaau ni ma notice.
@personalmgt i totally dissagree because you are missinformed. sa mga voltages na bigger like 110 and above cguro ka sakto. naka katawa gani ko sa CWTS nko sauna pag firstyear nko kay naay gihatag sila na ingun-ani maka mislead jud siya pero sakto siya kung sa outlets lang sa balay ug ang sa transformer sa pusti pero dili sa mga batteries na ginagmay, although lisud pangita ug battery na gamay ug voltage na dako ug current usually in milli amps na sila sa mga 1.25 na AA battery.
@dexlimp you are slightly wrong. actually its a combination of both current and voltage.
take note voltage is the potential difference kalimot ko pila to ka voltage kailangan para mo layat ang corrente from one point to another sa pila ka cm na distance. naa pa to sa physics 2 dugay na. EE to amo teacher na head sa physics department if sayup siya ambot lang niya hahaah well it came from the book.
Wow this is some funny talk here.
I said 0.1 amps will kill you without specifying the volts and the resistance. Plus the subject I'm quoting here is how come "lethal naman gani ang 56-67 amps". Are you saying 1 amp doesn't kill you? Even siguro at 12 volts, you would not want to hold a live wire with 1 amp. I can't emphasize this a lot more, anything above 1 milliamp will kill you. The danger doesn't come from volts. A low volt + high amp will still hurt. Volt is just the driving force of the current. Current is the strength of the electricity.
Also, I'm talking here about AC, not DC. It takes less amount of amps to kill you.
I don't see why you would consider me misinformed. You can look at the references below for your perusal:

On the bright side, why would you want to hold a live wire BTW. I used a live wire to fry a bacon but it wasn't tasty.

How much ampheres will kill a human?
0.1 amp can kill, the human body can have as low as 300 ohms resistance. That means as little as 30 volts can supply a deadly current.
The type of current, being male or female, and personal characteristics influence this. In general smaller doses of low frequency alternating current are more deadly than DC current, but as frequency gets higher, its' effects become less than DC. 50-60mA of DC current, or 10mA of 60Hz for some will surpass the let go threshold. Breathing becomes difficult at 90mA DC and 20-30mA AC.
