sir that error is for the hard drive... try another power supply cable and sata/ide cable bacin mao na ang problem

but since ni.mention ka nag brownout then i think nadaot jud imo hard drive.

question? did you remove the AC connection to the wall outlet pag brownout? or gpasagdan mo lang nka plug in pa dyapon ang avr/power strip mo sa wall outlet until nibalik ang kuryente?

most of the time man jud ang cause is not the power interruption but the sudden spike of surge once mobalik ang electricity
