thats why we offered free installation bro, para kami na mo-set-up and show to you everything you need to know after sa installation... we insisted that kami ang mo-install sa imo unit para hassle free sa buyer, but u opted not too kay you are computer literate... regarding sa quality ana bro we have been using this router for almost 7mos now not even a single minor problem had occured... when a friend of mine gave me my router,i was amazed sa iya function and how durable it was.that's is why i decided to buy more units from korea, kay i know many people would need a dependable router, coz bought 2 routers na before sold locally dali kaayo na damage...if u encounter any problem with your router bro pls feel free to contact me kay would gladly help u with it...

With regards to installation, theres is no problem because it is just plug then play (the usual router we had here). But for the buyers - like me who are more specific in configuring network sharing, putting some password maybe this would not be good choice not unless you know the language, korean. when i asked you questions yesterday, you just text me na i search lan sa google. i insisted to install with you kay brown out man tun orasa, after ni text ko na kamo lay install na wa la na mo ni reply. ako lan i return ang item bsag 2000t lan ang ako, ni insist mo. pw d ra man ta kay wa may damage nahitabo. hahayz. kamoy lay judge mga taw.

btw, d li ni 100 meters ang range ha gi testing ni nako, mao ni palit ko ani. 30-40 meters lan. pls dont confuse the buyer d ri. please refer the post below ang 30-40meters

sorry bro pero wala gyud koy na-reciv na txt from u na kami imo pa-install... also bro for me when i posted free installatiion dili as simple as plug and play ang meaning ana common sense na bro na everything has to do with the router configuration, password etc... if u had just let us install the unit wala gyud unta kay maatubang any problem kay we can test it right there and then, diba?respect lang sad bro kay we insisted to install the router pero ni balibad ka kay allegedly brownout sa inyo and you are a computer literate.and we took your word for that.what did we do wrong?diba pwedi mana e-uli ang unit bro basta naa defect?unsa my defect niya?

regarding sa iya range bro, humbly speaking we have a 800sq.mtrs lot area, from the road to my room is already atleast 70mtrs na.kay it took 75mtrs of telephone line to connect sa ako room, where the internet connection is located. bisan ang balay atbang sa amo-a is getting a signal.pls respect lang sad bro,kay all we did wrong was listen to you allowed you to install the router by yourself thingking that you were cable of installing it from a to z...

u can say what ever u want to say bro,if that is what would make you happy and if thats what would compensate for the mistake you made when you decline our offer to install the router...

i stand by my product and the service that comes with it.if u had told me in the first place that the router doesnt work like it suppose to be and if u had just let us do the installation and if it did not pass the standard i posted. i would gladly return the payment to you. pls. dont blame me that you decided to decline our free installation service now that your having a minor glitch you are blaming us... that's really unfair on our part. say whatever you want bro if that gives u contentment,im sorry things did not go the way u expected it to be.

haha, now your trying to make things as if you blamed me of my action. During the time i texted you to install the route, there is no even a single msg i received from you. now you said its unfair. the point here is you should give the buyer an option whatever they want including that of customer service.
althought you make stand of your product, it doesnt apply to others - your just making it one sided (love your own).
lets end this as a lesson to people out there who want to negotiate with the seller who doesnt care after their item is sold. naturally, your just defending yourself to protect yourself from future transaction. good luck with that.
