what do you think of these cellphone jammers? are they effective or are they just product of sci-fi stories? whatever it is, the comelec is sounding an alarm that there's gonna be problem during counting and transferring of data. preconditioning the mind of the public, i guess, so that plan b and c will take effect.

no question about its usefulness. the problem is would the comelec make use of this excuse if something happens in the discrepancies in the voting tallies which would tend to favor admiinistration candidates?
