    i am a dialysis patient, naenrolled just last year and nanoticed nako nga nitaas ako memory. and this is due to high phosphorus content in my body. Anything with phosphorus maka enhance memory. Mao na ila ingon kaon ka mani kay ang peanut daghan phosphorus. Walnuts and almonds in particular. Kaniad2 sa gamay pako, ingon cla ako classmate mukaon cla chocolate before exam kay mas makaremember cla sa ila gitun-an, that is still due to high content of phosphorus on chocolate and other dairy foods. Pero ang pinakadabest are the fruits with high phosphorus content. Orange, grapes and apple and nuts like almonds &walnuts, mao ni ang the best. hala pagshopping na mam and make that list para di kalimot...hehehe....hope this helps.

    I have this friend, he had troubles remembering numbers, he can't even remember his own cell number. So what he did, he made a resolution to memorize each day the number of his cellphone. Till it reaches a point that he was able to memorize it. now ang kanindot ato is it created a positive result not only iyang number ang iyang ma remember but he later found out na dali na siya maka memorize og mga butang then ang retention ni taas pod.
