if i wer them (Chinese), better to stay in their home country or go to countries which have special arrangements with accreditation in abroad for future international qualification. Like Singapore to Australia or NZ...etc. Unlike Phil. we still have to undergo a lot of international qualification exams b4 we cud take the first step to apply abroad.

So if they will come around and push thru on this foreign education in our beloved country, then it will be just a waste of their money and time.
