this part of my life is my problem...
so bz gyud... usually 12mn, wake up 8am for work...
bahala na late sa work basta at least 7 hours ako sleep.. less than that wala ko'y mabuhat but sapot...
i try to sleep mga 10pm and wake up by 7am. as i've known, 8 hours of sleep is good for ur body.
usual 2200H to 0500H or at least 7 hours
sauna student pa, mao gyud na akong problema morag kog na-insomia, walay condition ang akong utok kulang tulog.
doctor prescribed me a vitamin - APPETINS
i sleep at around 11 or 12mn...then wakes up at around 5, pinakadugay is 6:30..![]()
