    If you like try Gym...naa mana cila program for gainign weight, my friend and i tried this. I stopped but my friend continued then he did gain weight but you have to be consistent para imong muscles and fat mo develop.

    He had it in Marriott hotel. Just tell lang the trainer unsa nga program imo they won't mind.

    GYm bai. dili ka magmahay. kung naa ka sa gym, imu mindset magpadako, nya sakto imu determination, mu follow ra na ang uban - program, diet, etc. Ako sad gain jud ko 30 lbs mass.. sa.una 5'9" nya 118lbs r ko.

    Asa na gym? depende sa imu budget, location, preference, pero daghan thread ana diri.

    Wa ko kasuway anang uban gipangsuggest. Appeton nuon, ok rmn. Wala lng sad ko nagdugay. Ok sad ka mag supplements.

    halo ninu nsad.. salamat sa mga bago mga suggestions.. nka try ko appeton, mahal sd xa oi.. pero d mn gud madala kng appeton ra ako saligan.. dako mn ko kaon pero dli jud ko modako bai..

    ah, nakit-an na nimo ang thread ana? try lang. ok rmn bsag unsa gym basta safety first lang. unya pangutana lang jud sa sugod pra dili ka pataka sa imu gibuhat.
