    advise nako bro, please submit a formal letter of complaint sa SM management stating problems with their tenants coz they are the mediator that can help you resolve this, and atleast if you submit a letter of complaint, it is sure that it will be brought to their attention and filed as a record...

    this would be the first step b4 going to DTI...

    when dealing with bad retailers in malls, one thing that have always worked for me is to threaten them that you are going to take your case to the mall's customer service personnel. you can then escalate from there. (DTI would be the next logical step for me)

    mga salesperson man cguro ang mga bogo ani.. kulang sa seminar ba. naka suway bitaw ko palit sa usa ka store (di nko i mention ang name) ug orig na charger... gusto nko ipatest if okay ba ky ako na palitun, dili daw ma test kay wala daw adaptor, gusto nila ipadala kog adaptor or magbuy kog adaptor sa ila arun ma test... a cellphone shop na dako kaau naa sa mall wala silay adaptor para i test ang charger? grabeha..... kita ang tindera na nagtabo na akong kilay ayha pa nagkaragkarag pangita.. unya naa diay. unya okay natu, ako na kuhaon ang item, dili pa jud ihatag ang karton sako, wako sugot oi, hahahahahahah... bahalag basura basta akoa ang karton, LOL..

    sa imo situation bro, if u have time better i reklamo na kay murag dako dako na jud na nga issue though gamay ra na item pero malpractice na ila gibuhat.

    update lang dri ha unsa nahitabo, hehehe...
