If your only purpose for the pc is web browsing, then a simple ram upgrade will solve your problem of the system slowing down when multiple tabs are opened.... no need to buy a whole new pc really..

buying a new one with higher specs is your best answer kay i think kana na imo motherboard kay di nana maka daog sa new processors ug maybe di na mo support sa pci-e na slot sa GPU.
