    Sayun ra kaau..i went from 180 to 156 then bulked up to 170 ..

    Important rules to follow:
    1.Cut the junk(no sodas, junkfood(chips,biscuits,etc...) and processed fruit juice *cough fit n right *cough..sugars r the devil unless its after a workout.

    2.Exercise..whether it be lifting weights or cardio..lifting weights is beneficial cuz the more lean body mass u have the more ur metabolism fires up and eats that fat and btw cardio doesent have to be intense..a one hour speed walk is already perfect everyday at an empty stomache after u wake up..since you tap into fat for energy..but when you do intense cardio ur using carbs instead of fat

    3.carb cycle if you love carbs..ex.monday-low carb,tuesday-moderate carb,thursday-high carb,etc..

    4.Eat food high in fiber and protein..both nutrients keep you full
