I aggree kay ako pud housemate. When she buys her phone. After 2 months kay naguba, then iya gipaayo sa Sony Ericson. Then after ato, sige lang siya balik2x. Ang kapait pa gyud kay dili nila i-replace ug bag-o kay minor defects ra daw. Ang resulta kay murag walay kuenta ang 1 year warranty. Resulta kay imbis ganahan ka mupalit ug sony ericson. Mawagtangan na hinuon ka ug salig.

Ako sad. Naay mga cracks ako keypad ug gahi sad siya e-press. Ako gipaayo, pagdawat nako na ok na ang presses pero wala jud nila ilisi ang keypad. To think that naa na known issue ang SE model nako about ani nga issue.

I agree! walay ayo ila service pa warranty2 cla den saad saaran raka balik den pahuwaton pakag dugay na walay mahitabo.

nagpa ayo pud ko nila before kay guba ako mic sa phone.. pag uli, na ayo lage pero ang speaker napud ang guba.. pastilan.. makasturya na ko, hinay lang kaayo ang speaker, d madunggan kaayo..

kung ako pasulti-on ganahan ko sa mga sony phones kay mas presentable ug user friendly kaysa nokia. pero kung repair service ang estoryahan, its better to bring your phones sa other repair shops like junrex and gizmo. why? because sony and nokia people are paid only on thier daily wages mao nga ng salig. while people sa gizmo and junrex can do underground transactions so they can earn more aside sa ila daily pay. LOL.

well well well..same fate ra pud na sa ako gf nga phone...didto xa sa se ayala service center, iya gipaau iyang SE p1i kay dili na mofunction ang touch screen, tapos niingon nga lcd kuno ang defect, di jud mutuo akong gf sa ilang findings, but gusto lagi maau and she trusted kay service center lagi, iya gibilin, after a week she called the SE service center to ask how's the phone, di siguro sila kabalo muayo niingon nga dili na daw maau ang phone kay corrogated na ang sud--grabe kaau ug findings---gikuha nalang niya ang phone and asked second opinion sa other technician in e-mall, to her surprise, naa ray natandog nga chip sa sud and there's no defect sa motherboard and sa lcd as well...hay...saun...

akong p990i naguba ra ang scroll gi dala nako sa sony ericson service center sm.. mga bolay.og kaau ang mga technician mahadlok mo open sa unit kay bag.o pa daw until now wla jud maau pa kay lisod daw ayohon..... BATI JUD ANG SM SONY ERICSON SERVICE CENTER.....
