I lagged the shutter for 10 seconds at f20. Bro, experiment lang how long you want to lag the shutter. And, mount your camera on a tripod para wala kaau shake unlike my photo above, ghandheld ra ni nako kai gtapol ko dala dala tripod.

No, turn the shutter dial clockwise until you get 10" (with quote above the number).
