ako mo avoid jud ko ug MSG...kng sa haus we dnt use that....pwede ra man mag timpla ka using salt, sugar or anything else except MSG...but kng sa mga resto na or even carenderia im sure grabe na cla mo gamit ana para mo lami jud ang food nla...![]()
