Use OpenDNS, download it from there website.
Just follow the instructions on how to change your DNS server.

If your son is bringing his laptop sa anywhere then you have a big prob. if it is at home just buy another cheap router. you can manage websites that will be access from that router. or if you have access to the router provided by the ISP then you can block it there.

you don't need to be an expert to be able to configure OpenDNS correctly. basic and comprehensive man kaayo ang pagka present sa OpenDNS kung unsaon pag configure sa imo browser to your their DNS servers.
